biomass install heating national trust

The National Trust renewable energy investment programme is aimed at delivering renewable projects on a large scale; supporting the National Trust’s drive towards producing 50% of its energy from renewables by 2020.

Arrow has been selected to supply M&E services for a number of projects, the first at Sticklebarn Barn, Great Langdale and then a biomass and district heating scheme at Mottisfont Abbey.

The team’s core function is to provide technical support during concept and feasibility stages; adhering to specific criteria and methodology, and helping to identify technical, environmental and financial viability of a preferred renewable energy solution.

At the design stage, Arrow will develop the technical specification and assist in the selection of a preferred contractor(s) and during delivery, the team will support the build phase to oversee quality control. Read the full case study for this project here.
